Tyler Eaton

 Tyler Eaton is a comedy writer and director living in Los Angeles. He hails from Sugar Land, Texas where he was homeschooled with his three siblings, parented by two Pentecostal pastors, and became a purple belt in karate. He studied Radio-TV-Film at the University of Texas at Austin where he learned to write in the third person voice and eloquently switch into first person. I recently released a scripted comedy podcast series I wrote and produced called Battle of the Bald and I’m currently working on my first feature film, a horror comedy called Mysterious Ways that takes my strange upbringing and adds a lot of horror genre elements. I love taking things I’ve been self-conscious about in the past (like losing my hair and being a former homeschooler) and turning them into comedy somehow.
